“ (b) Data Protection Laws. Each party will comply with all data protection laws to the extent applicable to and binding on it. To the extent that any Personal Data (as defined in the DPA) is processed through the Workato Platform by Workato on Account Holder’s behalf, the Data Processing Addendum located at https://www.workato.com/legal/dpa (the “ DPA ”) is incorporated into this Agreement.”
