Workato policy finding

“ During and for a period of three (3) years after the termination or expiration of this Agreement, Workato will purchase and maintain insurance coverage as set forth below from reputable insurance companies with an A. M. Best rating of “A - VII” or better/equivalent. Upon request of Account Holder but no more frequently than once per calendar year, Workato will provide certificates of insurance demonstrating its compliance.”
