“ You retain ownership of content you create, upload, or publish through the Service (including app descriptions, comments, and profile information). By publishing an app on Whacka, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your published apps through the platform. You must not publish apps that contain illegal, harmful, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.”
