“ WellSaid respects the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.  WellSaid has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, customers that are deemed to be repeat infringers. WellSaid may also at its sole discretion limit access to its service and/or terminate the account of a customer who infringes any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement. If you believe that your copyright or the copyright of a person on whose behalf you are authorized to act has been infringed, please submit a notification (a “ Notification of Alleged Infringement ”) to our Copyright Agent at the address listed below containing the following written information:  an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest; a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed; a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our service; your address, telephone number, and email address; a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner’s behalf. ”
