“ Customer will pay Weaviate the fees set forth in the applicable Order Form. Customer shall pay those amounts due and not disputed in good faith within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt of the applicable invoice unless a specific date for payment is set forth in such Order Form, in which case payment will be due on the date specified. Except as otherwise specified in this Agreement or in any applicable Order Form, (a) fees are quoted and payable in United States dollars, and (b) payment obligations are non-cancelable and non-proratable for partial months, and fees paid are non-refundable.”
