Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Vidu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use Vidu and Vidu Content for personal, non-commercial purposes, for paid users, this license extends to commercial use. Any unauthorized use of the Services or Vidu Content may result in the termination of this license.”
