Vesence policy finding

“ 14.3.2 Vesence may use subcontractors for the performance of its obligations under the Agreement. Vesence is fully responsible and liable for all acts (including omissions) of its subcontractors and shall cause each of its subcontractors to comply with all applicable obligations, terms and conditions of the Agreement.”
