“2.6 The Platform may enable connection or integration with certain third parties’ websites, platforms, products or services through which Customer may access or have made available such third parties’ content or information (collectively, “Third Party Services or Content” ). Veritus Agent does not control and is not responsible for any Third Party Service or Content. ALL THIRD PARTY SERVICES OR CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. VERITUS AGENT MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH REGARD TO ANY THIRD PARTY SERVICES OR CONTENT AND VERITUS AGENT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUALITY OF INFORMATION, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO ANY THIRD PARTY SERVICES OR CONTENT.”
