Verbiflow policy finding

“ Customer will not (and will not permit any third party to): (a) sell, rent, lease, license, distribute, provide access to, sublicense, or otherwise make available the Service to a third party (except Contractors and Affiliates) or in a service bureau or outsourcing offering; (b) use the Service to provide, or incorporate the Service into, any general purpose data warehousing service (or otherwise directly expose the functionality of the Service) for the benefit of a third party; (c) seek to obtain non-public APIs to the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law (and then only upon advance written notice to Verbiflow); (d) remove or obscure any proprietary or other notices contained in the Service (including any reports or data printed from the Service); (e) use the Service in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy; (f) use any portion of the Service to create a competitive service, product or technology; or (g) access the Service if Customer is a direct competitor of Verbiflow, except with Verbiflow's prior written consent. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, including the DPA or Security Policy, (i) Customer may not conduct any security testing of Verbiflow or the Service, including but not limited to, penetration testing, and (ii) Customer may only exercise any audit rights through the review of Verbiflow's applicable third-party certifications and/or audits, subject to reasonable additional security and confidentiality controls.”
