“ The baselines are derived from public crash and roadway-exposure data, including sources such as NHTSA FARS/CRSS, TxDOT CRIS, California CHP SWITRS/CCRS, ADOT, Nevada DOT, FHWA HPMS, Caltrans, and NOAA, with map data and imagery from OpenStreetMap, CARTO, and Esri. These sources are subject to their own terms and licenses; see the in-tool "Data Sources & Attributions" for details. We publish only derived statistics (counts, rates, and bounds) and link to the underlying sources rather than redistributing them in bulk.”
