“ Enterprise and organizational deployments. Many companies and institutions use Undermind under a separate written agreement with us (an enterprise subscription agreement or order form). These agreements are tailored to each organization’s requirements and typically include enhanced protections — such as segregated data handling and dedicated security, confidentiality, and data-use commitments. If your organization has one, that agreement takes precedence wherever it differs from these Terms, and the specific protections for each organization are those set out in its agreement.”
