You expressly understand and agree that you are solely responsible for the Content and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether done so by you or any third person using your account. You agree not to generate, upload, post, or transmit any Content that: Is unlawful, illegal, or promotes illegal activity. Depicts or encourages any form of child exploitation or abuse, including any images or depictions of minors in any form of sexual or illegal activities. Violates any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights. Is defamatory, discriminatory, or harassing, including references or commentary about religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, national/ethnic origin, or other targeted groups. Contains spam, machine-generated, or randomly-generated content, unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling. Impersonates any person or entity, including the Company and its employees or representatives. Violates the privacy of any third person. Contains false information or features. The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, and remove any Content that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.
