“ To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trope and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, business interruption, or data, arising out of or related to the Services, even if informed of the possibility of those damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trope's aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid Trope for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.”
