“ b. We May Revise These Terms. From time to time, we may make changes to these Terms. Any such changes will become effective upon the posting of the revised Terms on this Site (or at such later date as may be stated on the revised Terms). If we make a change to the Terms that we deem to be a material change, we will give you reasonable notice before such changes take effect, by either: (i) sending a message to the email address associated with your account; (ii) sending you a message using the Services; or (iii) posting a notice of the change on the Site. Your use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you may only avoid accepting them by terminating your account in accordance with the termination procedure in Section 6 below before the effective date of the new Terms. Your continued use of the Services after the changed Terms become effective constitutes your agreement to the changed Terms.”
