“ TradeOS provides software tools, AI-assisted workflows, and related features that may connect to third-party APIs, brokerages, exchanges, wallets, data providers, and other services designated by you. TradeOS provides the Service on a user-directed basis. TradeOS is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, custodian, money transmitter, or fiduciary, and does not execute, clear, settle, hold, custody, or take possession of your assets. TradeOS’s sole activity is to provide software, and TradeOS does not provide any licensable services.”
