This permission does not apply to prompts, files, outputs, or workloads submitted only through Tinfoil Chat, the API, or Containers; those are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and these Terms. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or not suitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or sharing them. Do not rely on outputs as a sole source of truth or as a substitute for professional advice. The Services and outputs are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.”
