Ticket Wallet policy finding

“ Ticket Wallet utilizes external payment processing services to facilitate transactions. The process of payments will adhere to the terms and conditions stipulated by these third-party service providers, in addition to the Terms of Use of Ticket Wallet. If users have any disputes regarding charges on their credit card statements, they must notify Ticket Wallet within seven days after receiving the statement; otherwise, the dispute will be considered waived. Notifications for billing disputes should be sent to help@ticketwallet.com.”
