“We do not transmit your name, email, phone number, or payment details through the Meta Pixel. Intercom (Intercom, Inc.): in-product support messaging. Used to provide live chat and help-center responses when you contact support. Mixpanel (Mixpanel, Inc.): product analytics. Used to record product events (such as searches, event views, signup, or purchase) so we can understand how the Platform is used and improve it. Account profile details such as email, name, and phone number are sent from our backend. Mixpanel is engaged as our service provider and does not use this data for advertising; it operates no ad network and we do not share Mixpanel audiences with one. Because it is first-party product analytics, it runs by default. If you decline on our cookie banner or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, browser-based Mixpanel tracking does not load, and if it had already loaded we stop it and reset the identifier it stored on your device. Stripe (Stripe, Inc.): payment processing. Stripe collects and processes payment-card and bank-account data directly from you to complete purchases and seller payouts. Card numbers are not stored on Ticket Wallet's servers. Plaid (Plaid, Inc.): seller bank-account verification and payout linking. When you connect a bank account to receive seller payouts, Plaid handles the secure connection to your financial institution. Plaid processes your bank credentials directly — we never see or store them. ”
