The Context Company policy finding
“ 4.1 Plans. We currently offer Developer (Free), Pro ($400/month), and Enterprise (custom) plans as described on our site or in an order form. No limited-time free trials are offered. The Developer plan is a permanent free tier with usage limits as described on our pricing page. 4.2 Processor. Payments are handled by Stripe. You authorize us (and Stripe) to charge your payment method for recurring fees, taxes, and any overages as applicable. 4.3 Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis (unless otherwise agreed in writing). 4.4 Changes to Fees. We may change prices or plan features prospectively with reasonable notice. 4.5 Cancellations & Refunds. You may cancel at any time; cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits are provided for partial periods, except where required by law. Enterprise SLA credits (if any) are the sole remedy for applicable service issues under an SLA. 4.6 Taxes. Fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and similar governmental assessments (excluding TCC's U.S. income taxes). 4.7 Non-Payment. We may suspend or downgrade the Services for unpaid fees after reasonable notice.”
