“ We share information in these circumstances: Service providers (processors). Cloud hosting, storage, security, analytics, email/SMS, customer support tools, logging/monitoring, and payment processing (e.g., Stripe) working under contracts that limit their use of data to our instructions. Integrations you enable. If you connect a third-party integration or SSO, we share the minimum necessary data to operate that integration. Professional advisors. Legal, audit, accounting, and similar advisors bound by confidentiality. Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets. Legal and safety. To comply with law, subpoenas, or lawful requests; to enforce our agreements; or to protect TCC, users, or the public from harm. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. The visitor-identification practices described in Section 2(B) may, however, constitute a "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. You may opt out of those practices at any time at https://app.retention.com/optout . Apart from those practices, we do not sell or share personal information.”
