“ Customer Content. We retain Customer Content (including telemetry data such as prompts, responses, and associated metadata sent to us via our SDKs and APIs) while your account remains active and as needed to provide the Services, subject to applicable plan settings and contractual terms. Upon account termination, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize Customer Content from production systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or an applicable agreement. Where permitted by applicable law and agreement, irreversibly anonymized data may be retained for aggregate analytics, trend analysis, and service improvement. Deletion on request. Notwithstanding the retention periods above, you may request deletion of all data associated with your account at any time by emailing [email protected] . Upon receipt of a verified deletion request, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize your data from all production systems, including our database, search indexes, and object storage, within 30 days. Account data. We retain account information (name, email, organization, billing history) for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Other personal data. We retain other personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.”
