“ 2.1 What We Provide. TCC offers AI agent observability and failure monitoring via SDKs, APIs, and a web dashboard, including tools to collect, analyze, search, and visualize agent runs, steps, and tool calls. 2.2 License to You. Subject to these Terms, TCC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. 2.3 Restrictions. You will not (and will not allow others to): (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or underlying ideas; (c) access the Services to build a competing product; (d) remove or alter proprietary notices; (e) use any scraping, harvesting, or automated means to access the Services except through documented APIs and within published rate limits; (f) interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security; (g) use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or high-risk safety-critical purposes (e.g., medical diagnosis, life-support, nuclear operations, critical infrastructure) where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or severe environmental or property damage; or (h) submit Protected Health Information (PHI) or other data that would subject TCC to sectoral regulations (e.g., HIPAA) unless we have a separate signed agreement expressly permitting it. 2.4 APIs & Fair Use. We may publish rate limits and fair-use rules for APIs and ingestion endpoints. ”
