“ We do not sell or share personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising). We disclose information only to: Service providers acting on our instructions (e.g., hosting, payment processing, email delivery, customer support). They must protect information and use it only to provide services to us. Schools/districts (for school-managed accounts) as permitted by the school agreement. Authorities or others when required by law, to protect safety, security, or our rights, or in connection with a business transaction (e.g., merger or acquisition); if such a transaction occurs, we will ensure successor obligations consistent with this Policy. We may use or share de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual.”
