Tegore policy finding

“ You must be at least 13 years old to create an account for personal (non-school) use. Users 13–17 may use the Services only with a parent/guardian's consent. Users under 13 may use the Services only if (a) a parent/guardian creates and manages the account and provides verifiable parental consent, or (b) a school or district contracts with Odapt and designates the student for use under school consent (Section 12). You represent that you (and, if applicable, your student) will comply with applicable laws and these Terms. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent or school authorization consistent with COPPA.”
