“ 1. Users may purchase virtual credits (“ Credits ”) for use of the Services either by contacting TaxGPT directly or by utilizing available features of the Services, in which case TaxGPT will charge the payment information you have provided in connection with your access to the Services. The price per Credit will be listed on the Services or otherwise communicated to you by TaxGPT. Subject to applicable law, credits expire one year from the date of purchase, regardless of whether they are used and any unused Credits will rollover into subsequent Subscription periods but will nonetheless expire one year after the date of purchase.”
