“ 5.1 If you have an enterprise subscription: Some of the service providers that we engage for the provision of our Services (as described above) are located in the United States, which has not been found by the European Union nor the United Kingdom Secretary of State to provide an adequate level of protection of personal information, i.e. a level of protection of fundamental rights and freedoms that is essentially equivalent to that guaranteed within the European Union or United Kingdom. However, we have taken appropriate safeguards to require that your personal information will remain protected in accordance with the EU and UK data privacy laws. These include implementing the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and UK Addendum) for transfers of personal information with our service providers, which require all of them to protect the personal information they process from the EEA in accordance with the EU and UK data protection laws. 5.2 If you have a consumer subscription: As a US based entity, we collect the data directly from the United States and so there is no cross-border transfer of personal information. However, we still apply reasonable safeguards to protect such personal information from unauthorized access or use, such as by implementing technical, administrative, and organizational measures and processing the personal information in compliance with the law and with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. ”
