“Tabnine's generative AI code engine software, software as a service offerings ( **"SaaS Services"**), and related products and services (referred to collectively in this Addendum as the **"Products"**) utilize Tabnine Pre-Trained Models to generate suggestions and suggested code snippets to assist developers in developing code. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum, Customer may also use the Products in conjunction with Third-Party Models as defined below. Use of the Products with a Third-Party Model is subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and the terms and conditions published by the owner of the Third-Party Model at the time of use.”
