“ 7.1 Affiliates. We may share with our global affiliates, provided they adhere to this Privacy Policy. 7.2 Change of Control. In mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers, Personal Data may be transferred to the successor entity. 7.3 Legal Requirements & Harm Prevention. We may disclose to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights, safety, or security. 7.4 Service Providers. We engage third-party providers for hosting, analytics, customer support, marketing, and security. They are contractually bound to use data solely to provide services to us. 7.5 Direct Marketing. We do not sell or share Personal Data for third-party marketing without explicit consent. 7.6 Social Media. If you post via integrated social media services, that information may be public and governed by the third party’s terms. 7.7 Links. External sites are governed by their own privacy policies, not ours.”
