Strada policy finding

“ ‍ “Minute” means all voice minutes, or partial voice minutes (e.g., if a call lasts for 0:24 seconds, that call counts as 1 minute), processed through the Strada platform, including but not limited to active conversation, voicemail interaction, navigating interactive voice response (IVR) systems, waiting on hold, or any other call-related activity.”
