Strada policy finding
“ 4.4 Payment. All online payments for the Services are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By using any payment feature of the Services, the Customer agrees to be bound by Stripe’s applicable Terms of Service or Services Agreement, which will be made available to the Customer during the checkout process, in addition to this Agreement. Further, when the Customer authorizes Strada (and Stripe) to charge the Customer’s selected online payment method, the Customer is expressly authorizing Strada (and Stripe): (1) to charge that payment method for the authorized amount and to use and share the Customer’s information related to its selected payment method (e.g., your credit card number) to and from third parties for that purpose; and (2) to charge the Customer’s selected payment method on a recurring basis without further authorization for each recurring charge, until the Customer terminates this Agreement. Strada will provide the Customer with notice at least 30 days before changing the price for the Customer’s subscription fees. If the Customer does not cancel its subscription during that period, the Customer thereby accepts the price change. The Customer shall provide and maintain current, complete, and accurate payment information and notify Strada promptly if its payment method is cancelled or if the Customer becomes aware of a potential breach of security. 4.5 Taxes. The payments set forth in this Agreement do not include any direct or indirect local, state, federal, or foreign taxes, levies, duties, or similar governmental assessments (collectively, “Taxes” ). ”
