Strada policy finding

“‍ 11.4 Customer Data Deletion. Following the termination or expiration of this Agreement, Strada shall cease providing the Services to the Customer and, upon written request, delete or securely overwrite Customer Data, in accordance with this Agreement and applicable laws; provided that Strada, subject to the ongoing confidentiality obligations described in Section 7, may retain any copies of Customer Data as may be required to comply with applicable law or that are maintained as archive copies on Strada’s disaster recovery or information technology backup systems. ‍ 11.5 Survival. The following sections survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement: 4, 5 (exclusive of Section 5.1), and 7-12.”
