Strada policy finding

“ 11.1 Term. The Agreement’s term begins on the last date set forth beneath the Parties’ signatures on the applicable Order Form and continues until terminated as set forth herein (the “ Term ”). ‍ 11.2 Termination of Subscription. The Customer’s subscription to the Services begins on the date set forth on the Order Form and continues until this Agreement is terminated. Either Party has the right to terminate the Subscription, and this Agreement, at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other Party, or in the case of the Customer, using any cancellation feature made available via the Services. In such event, the Subscription and Agreement will end at the end of the corresponding Subscription month. No refund will be provided for fees already paid. ‍ 11.3 Termination for Cause. In addition, either Party has the right to terminate this Agreement for cause: (1) upon 5-day written notice of a breach to the other Party if such breach remains uncured at the expiration of such period; or (2) immediately if the other Party becomes the subject of a petition in bankruptcy or any other proceeding relating to insolvency, receivership, liquidation, or assignment for the benefit of creditors. In the event that the Customer terminates this Agreement for cause, Strada shall refund the Customer any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the Term after the date of termination. Such termination does not relieve the Customer of its obligation to pay any fees accrued or payable to Strada prior to the effective date of termination. ”
