“(a) Order Form: Where you subscribe to the Services on an Order Form, Snyk will invoice you in accordance with the billing frequency and payment terms on the Order Form and you will pay each invoice per such terms. If billing frequency and payment terms are omitted from the Order Form, the default billing frequency (excepting On-Demand Consumption) is annual and the payment term is net 30 from the date of the invoice; or”
