Simple AI policy finding

“ When you subscribe to a paid Service, you may be required to pay in advance for a certain period (a “ Subscription Period ”). If you have prepaid fees directly to Simple AI to use a Service for a Subscription Period and we permanently discontinue the Service before the end of that Subscription Period, Simple AI will refund you the prorated portion of the prepaid fees for the Subscription Period after that discontinuation.”
