“ Most users access SimCare through a university, college, or training program (“ Institution ”) that has entered into a separate agreement with us (the “ Enterprise Agreement ”). If you are a Student or Faculty Member: Your use of the Services is subject to the Enterprise Agreement between SimCare and your Institution. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Enterprise Agreement, the Enterprise Agreement controls.”
