SimCare and its licensors exclusively own all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, AI models, case scenarios, logos, and trademarks. 5.2 Your Content. As between you and SimCare, you (or your Institution, pursuant to its policies) retain ownership of the inputs and assignments you submit to the Services. You grant us a license to use this content solely to provide the Services to you and your Institution.”
