Third-party Social Media Service means a website or social network through which a User can log in to or create an Account for the Service. Usage Data means data collected automatically, either generated through use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself. Website refers to Sim, accessible from sim.ai. You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf that individual accesses or uses the Service. Under the GDPR, You may be the Data Subject or User.”
