“ We hereby inform you that Seals AI transfers personal, operational, and technical telemetry data to third-party sub-processors in order to ensure the traceability, stability, security, and proper functioning of our Artificial Intelligence infrastructure. Specifically, we share information with: LangSmith (LangChain, Inc.): Cloud infrastructure provider used exclusively for the observability, technical monitoring, debugging of workflows, and performance evaluation of our AI Agents. The processing of data shared with this provider is strictly governed by its LangChain Privacy Policy and its LangChain Terms of Service , which guarantee the confidentiality, data isolation, and security of the information. Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.): Application monitoring provider used for the real-time capture of code errors, critical platform failures (crashes), performance diagnostics, and system stability. The processing of this data is carried out in accordance with the Sentry Privacy Policy and its Sentry Terms of Service . Apart from these infrastructure providers, which are indispensable for the secure and optimal operation of our software and platform, we do not transfer your personal data to any other third party, except for those exceptions provided for in Article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, or as required by express legal requirements from the competent authorities.”
