“ When we transfer personal data received under the DPF to third parties, we do so only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and under contracts that require the third party to provide the same level of protection as the DPF Principles require. We enter into data processing agreements with our sub-processors that restrict their use, retention, and disclosure of personal data. Scenario remains liable under the DPF Principles if a third party that we have engaged to process personal data on our behalf processes that data in a manner inconsistent with the DPF Principles, unless we can prove that we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.”
