“ The personal information Bledger, Inc. collects from you is stored in one or more databases hosted by third-party cloud providers located in the United States. These providers do not use or access your personal information for any purpose other than hosting and operating our infrastructure on our behalf. We do not otherwise reveal your personal data to non-Bledger persons or businesses for their independent use unless: (1) you request or authorize it; (2) the information is provided to comply with the law (for example, to respond to a search warrant, subpoena, or court order), to enforce an agreement we have with you, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of our users or others; (3) the information is provided to our agents, vendors, or service providers who perform functions on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations; (4) to address emergencies or threats to safety; (5) in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will provide notice before personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy; or (6) to address disputes, claims, or to persons demonstrating legal authority to act on your behalf. We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. The Site may include links to third-party services. If you choose to interact with those services, you should review their privacy policies separately.”
