“ The Site allows you and your organization to (a) submit queries, configurations, instructions, and feedback ("Contributions"), and (b) authorize the Site to ingest data from Connected Services on your behalf ("Customer Data"). Contributions and Customer Data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Statement and any applicable agreement between us and your organization. When you create or submit any Contribution, or authorize the ingestion of Customer Data, you represent and warrant that: The creation, submission, transmission, and processing of the Contribution or Customer Data does not and will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights of any third party. You are the owner of, or have all necessary licenses, rights, consents, releases, and permissions to submit, the Contribution and to authorize the ingestion and processing of the Customer Data as contemplated by the Site and these Terms of Use. Where the Contribution or Customer Data includes personal information about any identifiable individual, you have provided all required notices and obtained all required consents under applicable law for the processing contemplated by the Site. The Contribution and Customer Data are not false, inaccurate, or misleading in a way intended to deceive us or other users. The Contribution and Customer Data do not constitute unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other forms of solicitation. ”
