Bledger, Inc. retains Service data for the duration of the customer's business relationship with Bledger, Inc. and for a reasonable period thereafter, for legitimate business purposes such as security, audit, dispute resolution, and compliance with legal obligations. Bledger, Inc. retains prospect data until such time as it no longer has business value and is purged from Bledger's systems. Personal data that Bledger, Inc. controls may be deleted upon verified request from data subjects or their authorized agents, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
