SAP Joule policy finding

“ SAP may, in its sole discretion, at any time discontinue providing or limit access to the SAP Websites, any areas of the SAP Websites, or any SAP Materials or User Content provided on or through the SAP Websites. You agree that SAP may, in its sole discretion, at any time, terminate or limit your access to, or use of, any or all of the SAP Websites or any SAP Material or User Content. In the event You are in material breach of the TOU, SAP may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate Your account, delete Your Content from the SAP Website, and refuse You any current or future use of an SAP Website without notice. SAP may remove any materials posted on the SAP Websites at SAP’s sole discretion in compliance with respective software and maintenance agreements. SAP shall not be liable to You or any third party for any such suspension or termination or change to the SAP Websites. ”
