Robby policy finding
“ Robby does not sell personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances: With the contractor or employer using Robby: account, job, customer, proposal, and communications information is shared with the contracting company that has engaged Robby and that employs or authorizes the user. With service providers: we use third-party service providers that help us with hosting, authentication, analytics, communications (such as SMS and voice delivery), storage, customer support, and system integrations. These providers are contractually required to protect information and use it only to provide services to Robby. With field service, CRM, or business systems selected by the contractor: where a contractor enables an integration, Robby may exchange job, customer, equipment, estimate, and proposal data with that system on the contractor's behalf. With customers or other recipients: when a contractor or technician shares proposal content or sends operational communications, the recipients of that content or communication will receive the information that the contractor or technician chose to share. Legal and compliance disclosures: we may disclose information if required by law, in response to valid legal requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Robby, our users, or others. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.”
