“ Robby retains information for as long as needed to provide the Services, support our customers, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Phone numbers and employee data are removed from our system promptly upon termination of employment or at the request of the employer. Contractors may request deletion or correction of data they control, subject to legal and operational requirements and to the terms of their agreement with Robby.”
