“ Certain Services may be provided pursuant to a separate subscription agreement, order form, or other written agreement between you and Revion. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and such an agreement, that agreement will control to the extent of the conflict. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.”
