“ If there is any dispute between you and Resemble AI about or involving this Agreement or the Services, you hereby agree that the dispute will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Services are offered and controlled by us from our facilities in Canada. We make no representations that the Services are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the Services from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.”
