“ 7.1. Subscription Plans: RealPact offers various subscription tiers designed for individual agents, teams, and brokerages. Pricing is based on the number of agents and volume of transactions. 7.2. Pilot Programs: We offer pilot programs for brokerages to test RealPact's impact on their transaction efficiency before committing to annual contracts. 7.3. Payment Terms: Subscription fees are billed annually or monthly. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom payment terms. 7.4. Subscription Start and Automatic Billing: A valid payment method is required at signup. The then-listed per-seat monthly price is charged when you subscribe, and the subscription renews monthly thereafter. Seats added mid-cycle are billed on the next monthly renewal. Free trials are not included by default; where we offer one in writing, no charge is made during the trial and the payment method on file is charged automatically when it ends. 7.5. Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you are on a free trial, canceling before it ends means no charge is made. These billing terms were last updated on August 22, 2026 (version 2026-08-22.1).”
