ReactWise policy finding

“ Depending on the contractual relationship, the data controller is either ReactWise Technologies Ltd (United Kingdom) or ReactWise Inc. (United States) . Both entities operate under the ReactWise group and use shared infrastructure and systems. Personal data is processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy regardless of which ReactWise entity is the contracting party. Where individuals sign up to receive our newsletter, the relevant ReactWise entity remains the data controller for that processing. We use HubSpot as a third-party service provider to host forms, manage subscriptions, and support the delivery of marketing communications on our behalf. In that context, HubSpot generally acts as our data processor and processes personal data in accordance with our instructions and applicable data protection laws.”
