“ Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, we will securely delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you, unless further retention is required by a specific legal, regulatory, or contractual obligation. Where we are unable to immediately delete certain information (for example, because it is stored in backup archives), we will isolate it from further processing and delete it as soon as practicable.”
